I work with estate attorneys, elder law attorneys and of course the executors and administrators of estates.
I offer evaluations to determine the property’s market value as-is as well as if there are any improvements that could be made to maximize the estate’s proceeds. Through my network of home inspectors, title companies, contractors and more, I am able to offer one-stop shopping for those charged with selling the property. I can coordinate it all from the first call to closing so my contacts don’t have to lift a finger; I’ll even attend closing for you!
