This time of year- that end of August into September timeframe- is when certain aspects of real estate hum along quietly while others buzz with excitement. For example, now is the time that people are coming back from vacation and realizing they should stop throwing money away on rent, so they decide to pursue purchasing a home. We have had clients who “took a break” over the summer from their house hunt who are now getting back at it.
This is also the time that people realize the winter will soon be here and decide they want to move before having to deal with shoveling snow another season. Right now, we’re meeting with many homeowners in the Collegeville, Boyertown, Gilbertsville and Phoenixville areas, to name a few, about selling their home either this Fall or next Spring. Just like the summer seemed to fly by, the Spring market will be here before we know it, so we need to plan accordingly. In one hand I’m equipped with our school supply list and on the other, the names of painters and contractors who are able to help those preparing their home to sell.
Whenever the time is right for you, we’ll be here- just give us a ring!
